Naomi Osaka speaks to the crowd after being heckled during a March 12 match.

With social media, security videos and ticket identification, the tournament officials claim they could not identify the woman in a high-end box who heckled Naomi Osaka.

Her friends are protecting her.

Who is this woman? Larry Ellison should be ashamed of himself. Allowing this individual a free pass for her behavior on the world stage of tennis smacks of a double standard.

The owner of that box should be banned from the Open for the rest of his life. This is not a way to get public support for the fifth Grand Slam.

This offense should be condemned from the top down. The heckler who destroyed the athlete's emotions and could have cost her a match is not rocket science.

The public deserves to know who is responsible for the heckler.

People know who this person is. Shame on them for not speaking up. Indian Wells will be scarred for a long time by the tournament's reputation throughout the world.
