Satellite imagery supplied by Maxar Technologies shows the destruction caused by Russia.

Maxar collected new satellite images that show some of the damage caused by Russian bombardment of Ukrainian cities. Maxar reported Friday that new images of the city of Mariupol show the destruction to residential homes, apartment buildings, stores, and the city itself.

The first photo shows a long line of cars heading out of Mariupol, the city that has begun burying bodies in mass graves and the site of the theatre that was hit. It is not known how long the line was. According to the Ukrainian government, thousands of people were able to flee the city through humanitarian corridors.
