Following the invasion of Ukraine, other tech giants have stopped Russian sales. The company said in a statement that it was spending all product shipments to Russia. The firm didn't say how long this would last, but it would keep a close watch on the situation. According to the notice, LG is deeply concerned about everyone's welfare and committed to humanitarian relief.

The timing of the decision comes weeks after the late February invasion. There is a lot of pressure to act. Apple, Microsoft and others have already frozen shipments and sales in Russia due to the war in that country.
