D.J. Moore has agreed to a new four-year deal with Carolina.

Moore is under contract through the year 2025, according to the official site. After Carolina picked up his fifth-year option, he was set to enter the 2020 season on the back end of his contract.

Adam Schefter gave more information on the contract particulars.

Panthers are giving WR DJ Moore a three-year, $61.884 million extension in new money, per his agents @DrewJRosenhaus, @JasonRosenhaus and @NFLrecord. New money average per money is $20.628M. There is a full guarantee of $41.61M. He is tied to Carolina for four and $73 million.

Moore was the 24th pick in the draft. Moore has accumulated 1,000 yards in each of the past three seasons.

Moore has stayed productive despite Carolina&s revolving door at quarterback.

Moore has missed just two games in four seasons. He played all 17 last year.

It's easy for Carolina to bring him back as it looks to make the playoffs for the first time in two years. He has been the team's top offensive weapon over the past two years, with Christian McCaffrey missing 23 of his past 33 games due to injury.

Moore will be in Charlotte for at least a few more years as the Panthers hope for brighter days after a 5-12 season in 2021.
