It’s time to face the facts: John Calipari can’t coach.

It's official: John Calipari can coach.

No college basketball coach has done more with less than Calipari.

Thursday night's loss to St. Peter's in the first round of the NCAA tournament sealed the deal for many on the fence about Calipari's career on the bench.

Kentucky was upset in overtime by the Peacocks.

Kentucky was the second seed in the Indianapolis region and the Peacocks were the 15th. Kentucky had the second-best odds to cut down the net.

It was a historic, horrendous loss by Kentucky.

After taking a four-point lead in the opening minutes of the extra period, the Cats couldn't make free throws, going 1-for-12.

For sure, it was a big deal. St. Peter's, a private school with roughly 3,500 students in Jersey City, New Jersey, won its first-ever NCAA Tournament game. Calipari had never lost a match against the haves against the not so haves.

Given the number of studs he has coached, Calipari’s championship trophy case should be full. But he has only one title in his long career.

Kentucky busted brackets all over College Basketball America. Many people had the Cats getting to the Final Four. They won the whole ball of wax.

Can is the coach of Cal.

We understand. March is about upsets. Smaller schools with no business competing with the big boys advance in the one-and-done format.

Sounds pleasant. Can't-Coach Cal has often left early with a talented roster.

Calipari's championship trophy case should be full because he has coached so many greats. He has one title in his career, a championship with Kentucky. It is nice that Calipari heaped praise on the latest school to end his season too soon.

They beat us off the dribble, they came off screens, and they hit 3s.

This isn't American Express. It is college basketball. St. Peter doesn't want to beat Kentucky. Not last night, not ever. Can Coach Cal be the best recruiters we have ever seen? He didn't win with many great college players. There isn't enough room on the internet to list them all. Can't-Coach Cal lost with eight NBA players in the last two years.

He has 25 former players in the NBA. That is impressive.

He isn't able to rally the troops and win while they are under his watch.

This isn't just about his time at Kentucky. It has happened his entire career.

He led Memphis and UMass to the Final Four in 1996 and 2008, respectively, and coached Kentucky to four Final Four appearances.

Both appearances were voided by the NCAA because of violations. Yeah, right.

One title is ridiculous. Any coach can win. Rollie Massimino won a title. All you have to do is for the stars to align and a special kid will lead you on a run that will deliver a title. You can sit back and watch it happen.

If you want to know why the Basketball Hall of Fame is fake, you should look at Coach Cal. Calipari was inducted into the Springfield, Mass., hall of fame in 2015. Is it possible to say premature?

Can't-Coach's plaque isn't next to John Wooden, who won 10 titles at UCLA and didn't waste talent.

The NCAA Division I all-time winningest coaches list has Calipari in 17th place with .

Three times, a Calipari team has been to the championship game.

Sound crazy? It is. The guy leading the way needs to be a coach. It is not harsh. Calipari's reality.
