The gameweek 30 has arrived.
The FA Cup quarter-finals this weekend mean there are only four games in the premier league, so there are some big calls to be made on how to navigate this period.
Is it worth playing a game if you have a Free Hit? Is it worth taking points hits on transfers if you are not playing a Free Hit? How many players do we need to start in this gameweek?
The first thing to say is not to sign players just for gameweek 30 if they are not going to be good assets in the long-term. The average score this week is likely to be low so don't go chasing points unnecessarily because there's no need to fear you're going to be left behind
If you make the right choice with the captaincy, you can probably get away with fielding a team of seven or eight starters this week.
If you haven't already got Harry Kane, then try and get him into your team, because my captain's armband is definitely going to Harry Kane for the home game against West Ham.
If Kane keeps his form, you will want him for the rest of the season.
If you are going with the Free Hit this week, you should look at the four games and decide where you think the points will be scored. The spread of players across all eight teams is not beneficial because they are very likely to cancel each other out.
Which team do you think has the best chance of keeping a clean sheet?
I asked Chris and Statman Dave to build their Free Hit teams for gameweek 30 on the Fantasy 606 show.
Chris has Gabriel, Son Heung-min, Raphinha, Dejan Kulusevski, Ivan Toney, and Harry Kane.
Son Heung-Min, Harvey Barnes, Philippe Coutinho, Gabriel Martinelli, and Harry Kane are some of the players that Dave has.
Chris has gone for a triple-up with Ramsdale, Tierney and Gabriel at Villa and is backing the defence away from the club.
Dave wants Wolves to keep Leeds out at Wolves so he picked Sa and Coady and hopes for a bonus of returns from Pereira against West Ham.
Chris has added Dejan Kulusevski, who has provided seven attacking returns in his first seven starts for Spurs, to both teams, which I would definitely recommend.
Chris thought that Spurs would not be able to keep West Ham out, so he chose Lanzini in the Hammers. He scored a thunderbolt at the Spurs in a dramatic comeback last season.
After scoring five goals in two games, Toney is the obvious choice, while the Jansson selection is because of the Foxes' problems defending set-pieces.
Barnes is going to be a hugely popular signing if you are on a Free Hit or not.
The only team who will have two games in gameweek 33 are the ones who play in gameweek 30.
They will have more double gameweeks to come as they still have 12 games to play in the last 9 gameweeks of the season.
Barnes looks like the best bet to me right now as I would prioritize the attacking assets over the defenders and we don't know when Jamie Vardy is going to be back from injury.
It is difficult to know who will start up front in Vardy's absence, whether that is Patson Daka or Kelechi Iheanacho.
We will talk more about double gameweeks 31 and 33 in next week's preview, but it might be a good idea to keep your free transfer this week if you can.
We will know for certain after the FA Cup quarter-finals this weekend. If you still have a Free Hit chip, try and hold on to it this week.
