Several missiles hit an aircraft repair center on the outskirts of Lviv, the city's mayor said Friday.
Russian forces are widening their attack. Many Ukrainians have left their homes in other parts of the country to be safe in Lviv. The mayor of the city had to take action to stop landlords from raising rents because of the refugees.
Russian missiles hit the area near the airport, Sadovyi said in a series of Telegram posts.
Several missiles hit the aircraft repair plant. The buildings were destroyed by the blows, according to an NBC News translation. Rescuers and utilities are working on the site.
