We have seen a lot of electric cars and SUVs, but electric wagons are still rare.

The new audi a6 avant e-tron concept is changing that. The luxurious electric wagon with fast charging, lots of range, and tons of space for passengers and luggage was announced at the annual media conference.

The new car is based on the same Premium Platform Electric (PPE) as the A6 E-Tron concept was announced in April 2021.

The concept vehicle is still a concept, meaning it won't hit the market in this exact form, but we guess that means it's not far from the car.

The audi a6 avant e-tron is both large and spacious and is called the storage champ by audi. The car will be able to travel about 300 km (186 miles) with a 10-minute stop at the charging station.

The A6 Avant e-tron has a ton of techy goodies, including the Digital Matrix LED front headlights that can project a video game onto a wall.

The first production vehicles built on the PPE platform will come sometime in 2023, though it is not clear if the A6 Avant e-tron will be among them.
