Calvin's decision to bring Death Row Records into the world of non-fungible token (NFTs) has angered a lot of his fans.

Death Row's entire catalog is being pulled from streaming platforms, as well as the Long Beach rapper's push to bring the storied record company to the metaverse.

One user wrote that it was looking like he needed to use his CD again since DoggySyle is no longer on the platform.

Holy shit Snoop took the The Chronic of Apple Music streaming service how can I blast my fav songs off the album? pic.twitter.com/Baokg2AA5F

Dogg Days

Just before his Super Bowl halftime performance, reports surfaced about a sexual battery lawsuit brought by a Jane Doe who describes herself as a former dancer, allegations the rapper denied.

The fan response is quite different.

One irked fan wrote that because of the promotion of NFT shit and Death Row Records becoming an NFT record label, all the releases except 2Pac will be removed from Spotify and so on. NFTs need to die.

It's not important that you're trying to make Death Row an NFT record label.

They are big mad. Here are some of the funniest responses.

Cool Cool Cool

very cool of snoop dogg to turn Death Row into an NFT label and take all their legendary albums off of streaming services for no reason. i love not being able to listen to my favorite classic rap albums. i hate music actually so this is just fucking awesome thank you snoop dogg

It's very cool and normal.

A Diehard Speaks

I love Snoop Dogg so the fuck much. But man what a TERRIBLE move to remove The Chronic and Doggystyle from streaming services.. to turn them into NFTs??? Nobody gives a fuck about an NFT more than the music aspect of these classic albums. Nobody.

They are not wrong.

NGL

Where is the lie?

Nostalgia, Ultra

LOL can’t believe Snoop removed all Death Row Records albums (excluding 2Pac’s) from streaming to make it an NFT label. Stupidest decision ever. No more Doggystyle or The Chronic (for now)

With this and DONDA 2 etc I feel like pirating music is gonna be the norm again. Nostalgic

Mid-2000's fashion is back in style, so why not?

The future of music or something.

A man complains that a woman canceled a date because he talked about NFTs too much.

There is more on the metaverse.
