Kurt Zouma and his brother Yoan are facing prosecution for their roles in filming Kurt kicking a cat.
The animals were removed from Kurt's home after the video appeared.

The process of bringing a prosecution against Kurt Zouma and Yoan Zouma under the Animal Welfare Act has begun.
The two cats are being looked after by the RSPCA. Once a court date is confirmed, we will be in a position to release more information.
West Ham said they were aware of the statement from the RSPCA.
The club saidKurt continues to co-operate fully. Kurt's cats have been checked by a vet and have not suffered any physical injuries.
Kurt and the club will not be making any further comment at this time.
The elder brother was fined the maximum amount possible, and the fee would be donated to animal welfare charities.
Experience Kissimmee said it would end its deal with the club and another sponsor, Vitality, suspended its deal with the club.
Adidas ended its deal with Kurt.
Yoan has only recently returned to the squad after being suspended by the club.
Any further suspension from the team would be detrimental to the club and Yoan.
