Christian Eriksen says it is a miracle he is back playing football for Brentford

Christian Eriksen has been named in the squad for the first time since he had a cardiac arrest.

He was released by Inter Milan and joined Brentford.

The Netherlands and Serbia will be the sites of theDenmark andSerbia games in March.

The international team-mates will be in Spain for training prior to the two games.

He joined the Bees on a six-month deal after he was released by Inter Milan and made his debut in a defeat against Newcastle United.

Fans and players on both sides gave him a standing ovation when he came on after 52 minutes.

If you take away the result, I will be one happy man. Being back is a wonderful feeling.

In December, Inter Milan and Eriksen agreed to cancel their contracts because players with an ICD cannot compete in the Italian league.

After leaving the Italian club, he went to training with Odense Boldklub, the team he represented as a teenager.

The full game was played by Eriksen after the game against Newcastle.

He set up Ivan Toney for a goal in the 2-0 victory against the Clarets and has been impressive as the Bees have moved away from the bottom.

The Danes finished top of their group with 27 points from 10 games, four points better than Scotland, to qualify for the World Cup.
