Kevin Nash, a close friend of Scott Hall, said Monday that Hall will be taken off life support soon after experiencing health problems.

Nash wrote in a post.

Scott is on life support. Life support will be discontinued once his family is in place. I have spent more of my life with one person than anyone else. I am sad because my heart is broken. I have to prepare my life without Scott because I love him so much.

The 63-year-old was placed on life support after suffering three heart attacks following hip surgery.

Hall broke his hip in a fall and his friend and former wrestling promoter Jerry announced on Facebook that he had done so.

Dallas Page helped raise $80,000 for hip replacement surgery for the legendary wrestler after he had a history of hip issues.

Nash wrote that he was blessed to have a friend like Hall who enriched his life. Nash referred to Hall as a great guy and noted that you won't see another one like him again.

In 1984 Hall entered the wrestling business. He is best known for his time in World Wrestling Entertainment as Razor Ramon from 1992 to 1996 and for his time in World Championship Wrestling under his real name from 1996-2000.

Hall was one of the most charismatic stars in the world. He won the Intercontinental Championship four times, but never held the WWE Championship.

Hall and Nash were the first to change the business by jumping from World Wrestling Entertainment to World Championship Wrestling. They formed a team called The Outsiders and were the founding members of the New World Order.

The United States Championship twice and the Television Championship once were held by Hall.

In recent years, with the help of DDP, Hall has gotten himself clean and in better physical condition, even though substance misuse cut short his wrestling career.

Hall was rewarded for his hard work by being in the Hall of Fame twice. The first time was as an individual and the second as part of The NWO.
