The private jet owned by Roman Abramovich flew from Moscow to Israel after he was hit by UK sanctions.
The jet with the registration LX-Ray took off from Moscow on Sunday afternoon and landed in the city of Tel Aviv in the evening.
The flight took five and a half hours. It is not clear if Ambramovich was onboard.
The jet arrived in Moscow from Istanbul on Saturday.
According to reports, the owner of the plane is Roman Abramovich, who made headlines last year when he made headlines by tracking the location of a jet owned by Musk.
The jet can seat up to 19 passengers and can sleep up to 10 people. It costs $65 million according to a private jet comparison site.
The UK imposed sanctions on seven Russian billionaires on Thursday, including the owner of a football club. The sanctions include banning the oligarchs from doing business with the country.
According to the billionaire index, Abramovich has a net worth of $13.6 billion.
He previously announced he was selling the club, but the UK's sanctions mean he can't go ahead with it. He has not been sanctioned by any other country yet.
According to reports, the billionaire was granted Israeli citizenship after facing delays renewing his UK visa.
The Times of Israel reported that at least 14 private jets from Russia have landed in Israel in the past 10 days.
