Russia asking China for military aid, U.S. says

The White House is concerned that Beijing will support Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

An aide to the president warned Russia that air strikes would shift further west toward the border with Poland, but said there had been no change in the no-fly zone. A strike at a military range and a training center killed dozens on Sunday. Russian forces may be trying to encircle the capital. Nine civilians were killed in air strikes on the Black Sea.
