The brother of the actor said that his brother was moved to a mental health ward because of his risk of self harm.

The actor's brother, Joquic, slammed his placement in a psych ward as a complete lack, two days after he was sentenced to five months in jail for lying to police.

Jocqui said that there was a note attached to his paperwork that said that he was at risk of self harm.

He wants to let people know that he is stable.

More than three years after the actor told police he was attacked by two men who yelled racist and homophobic slurs at him, he was sentenced Thursday.

Jussie was accused of staging the incident by paying his brothers to attack him. Jussie was found guilty of five counts of disorderly conduct for lying to police.

Jussie has maintained his innocence. The actor declared after receiving his sentence that he was not suicidal.

If anything happens to me when I go in there, I didn't do it on my own.

Jocqui condemned his brother being moved to the psych ward and stressed his innocence in the video.

Joqui said that this is not right. It is angry. It's an outrage.

Joqui's claim has not been commented on by officials with the Cook County Jail.
