Jussie Smollett Placed in Jail Psych Ward, Brother is Furious

The official paperwork says that Jussie is at risk of self harm, so his brother says that he has been placed in the psych ward.

Jussie is currently in a psych ward at the Cook County Jail, according to Jocqui. There was a note attached to his paperwork that said that he was at risk of self harm.

Jocqui made it clear that B.S. is not at risk of self- harm. He wants to let people know that he is stable, strong and ready to take on the challenge that has been put up against him.

According to a law enforcement source, the reason Jussie is in the psych ward is because they house high-profile inmates there.

The former Empire actor is currently serving a 5-month sentence for faking a racial and homophobic attack on the streets of Chicago. He told the judge repeatedly that he was not suicidal and that if anything happened to him behind bars, it was not self- harm.
