Laurens questions PSG mentality after shock Champions League exit (0:56)

Paris Saint-Germain were knocked out of the playoffs by Real Madrid. (0:56)

The fans of Paris Saint-Germain booed and jeered Lionel Messi and his teammates in their first game since their collapse to Real Madrid.

Both players were loudly booed by the home fans as they lined up against Bordeaux. The home fans were angry at Kylian Mbappe, but he escaped them.

At one point in the first half, the home fans booed as Messi and Neymar stood over a free kick, only to cheer when they hit the bar. The home support cheered when Mbappe scored his goal. He did not celebrate his goal after he made it 2-0 after 52 minutes. The top team in the league, Paris Saint-Germain, won their match against the bottom club to move 15 points clear at the top and continue their march towards the title.

The Collectif Ultras Paris released a statement on the internet before the match, blasting the club's direction.

Our Paris Saint-Germain needs people who serve it, not people who serve it. We will show our displeasure against Bordeaux on Sunday and we ask everyone who loves this club, who will be present, to unite with our non-violent action.

Real Madrid's fightback in the round of 16 left fans of Paris Saint-Germain angry. The tie was tied at 2-2 after Benzema scored a hat trick in the second leg, but he was not the only one.

The French giants were left to rue another missed opportunity in Europe's premier club competition -- a trophy that continues to elude them despite the lavish investments made under ownership.

According to sources, in the aftermath of the defeat at the Bernabeu, there was a dressing room bust-up between Neymar and Donnarumma and they had to be separated by their teammates. On Thursday, he denied that a fight had taken place.

He published a screen grab of a conversation between Donnarumma and him.

Hi, I'm Ney. Sorry about yesterday. The goalkeeper said that the news story was unacceptable. That can happen in football. We are a team and we are with you.

In a second post, he said there was no fight in the dressing room.

Sources close to Donnarumma have denied that there was a bust-up.
