Delta Air Lines Sky Way Operational Readiness Trial Volunteers Needed at LAX

The first phase of the new Delta Sky Way at Los Angeles International Airport opens in just over a month, and to help the airline prepare for a successful opening, Delta is looking for volunteers to assist.

You can apply through the Delta Sky Way Operational Readiness Trial Volunteer Survey, but you will need to be able to participate on Wednesday, March 30, from approximately 2:00 to 5:00pm. There is no monetary compensation for volunteering.

The Delta Headhouse should be ready to open this Spring to ensure smooth and safe operations. Volunteers will behave like typical Delta guests departing from and arriving to the airport and will be processed through Check-in, Security, and Baggage Claim.

All participants will be taken to and from the terminal by bus. Participants will be briefed on the day's activities and provided with a script of their individual role throughout the trial on arrival.

The first phase of the new Delta Sky Way at Los Angeles International Airport will open next month and passengers will be able to enter through a new headhouse in Terminal 3. The new Sky Club at Los Angeles International Airport is expected to open next month.
