A passenger wearing a hoodie was kicked off of Delta. He took off the hoodie, but was removed before he left because of mask compliance issues. The man may have tried the less offensive "Let's Go Brandon" instead.
There are images in this video that are offensive.
A man was kicked off a @Delta flight for wearing an F Biden sweater, even though he took it off. They claim it’s “delta policy” and threaten him with the no fly list.
I spoke to Delta and it turns out they don’t have a clothing policy and even told me I can wear an F Trump shirt pic.twitter.com/A8mruMxNpF

He says he lives in the United States of America with the first amendment, freedom of press, freedom of speech, and freedom of religion.
The first amendment protects protest attire against government sanction. Private businesses can adopt rules regarding attire.
Delta says that they don't have a clothing policy, but that's not true. They can't travel in underwear or swimwear alone.
We don't have an item-specific clothing policy, but we encourage no swimwear, sleepwear or underwear as your outerwear. 😃 *MC

The passenger takes off his hoodie and complains about wearing a mask. He was kicked off the flight for not wearing his mask and he will put it back on if the flight asks him nicely. He argues that wearing a mask is not enough, even if it is the last time.
The Delta agent cited the mask and attire issues as the reason for cancelling and refunding his ticket. Let's Go Brandon tried to be a little more subtle.
Alaska Airlines won't allow you to fly with masks, but American Airlines does.
When a gate agent or flight attendant finds that a passenger's attire is inappropriate, they may take action. It is hard to enforce them uniformly. Political opinions that use f-bombs are not a good idea in metal tubes where other people are trapped with you. There is a significant risk that it will not end well.
I miss the days when passengers were deemed too sexy to fly.
