Several employees, including executives, were fired after an internal investigation into how the company handled sexual harassment complaints.
According to a statement from the company, it will change how it handles similar complaints in the future. The company did not say how many people were fired.

Karen Lynch, the company's CEO, was made aware of complaints made by at least two female employees who claimed that a New Jersey store manager touched them in ways that made them uncomfortable.
In its statement, the company said it has stepped up how it handles internal reports. Lynch will be in charge of the Office of Workplace Assistance.
The company said that the individual leading this function has established an impartial and independent resource to help ensure colleague concerns are handled confidentially and with the utmost importance.
