The UK hit the Russian billionaire with sanctions on Thursday, and two of his superyachts are heading east.

The UK government said that the freezing of his assets was one of the sanctions imposed on him.

According to the site MarineTraffic, the 480-foot vessel, Solaris, was just off the east coast of Italy on Friday. The ship left the shipyard in Barcelona on Tuesday for repairs.

It is not known where Solaris is sailing. The destination of the port is not recognized by MarineTraffic. According to SuperYacht Fan, the price of Solaris is $600 million.

Since February 21, the 533-foot yacht Eclipse has been cruising eastward from St. Martin in the Caribbean. The $700 million boat was near the west coast of Africa on Friday, according to MarineTraffic.

Eclipse is not listed on MarineTraffic's website as a destination port, so it is not known where the yacht is going to dock next.

After the invasion of Ukraine, Russian tycoons such asAbramovich have moved their private jets and yachts across the world to protect their assets.

The owner of the soccer team is estimated to have a net worth of $13.7 billion. He announced last week that he was selling the club, but the UK's sanctions prevent him from doing so.
