Expanding our commitments to supplier diversity

Our teams are working to bring supplier diversity investments and commitments to life.

Many of our suppliers need quick access to cash and capital. The Accelerated Payments Program ensures eligible suppliers are paid within 15 days. Chime Solutions is located in Morrow, Georgia, Ladipo Group is in Philadelphia, and Republica Havas is in Miami.

In our work with R Mo Diversity Solutions, we have established a Certification Access program that provides financial support and removes the administrative burden many suppliers face when pursuing diversity certification. We have seen businesses like C-Suite coach in New York who we contract with to secure NMSDC certification.

Encouraging existing suppliers to partner and create alliances with diverse-owned businesses is one of the innovative ways to remove barriers. CD Moody, a Black-owned construction company based in Atlanta, is partnering with a white construction company to become a major supplier for data center projects in Virginia and Ohio. CD Moody has access to a wide range of data center construction opportunities with other companies, as a supplier partner for our data center retrofit program.
