The assets of Russian billionaires, including their megayachts, are in danger of being seized as countries continue to impose sanctions on Russians.

US President Joe Biden said that the US will try to seize Russian assets.

In his State of The Union address on March 1, Biden said that the US and its European allies were going to seize your wealth.

Since the US is not in armed conflict with Russia, it may be difficult to seize assets like yachts.

The threshold for seizing assets under sanctions is that the US has to be in armed conflict with the owner of the assets.

It can be hard to find the owners of these boats.

The luxury vessels are usually owned by offshore companies, but enough public speculation pointing to a Russian billionaire as the owner is likely enough for a seizure.

Many of the billionaires moved their boats to places where they could not be seized, such as the Maldives, which does not have a treaty with the US.

A list of photos with mega yachts linked to Russian billionaires has been compiled by Insider.

The megayacht Amore Vero was seized by France on March 3.

The yacht, Amore Vero, is estimated to have a value of $120 million. It has a swimming pool that can be used as a helicopter pad and a private deck.

According to The Wall Street Journal, officials believe that Amore Vero is owned by a company whose majority shareholder was Mr. Sechin.

A former deputy prime minister, Sechin is the CEO of the oil giant. He was a known Putin ally and had his yacht seized by France.

According to The Guardian, people in Russia referred to Sechin as the scariest man on Earth.

The EU, the US, the UK, and Switzerland have imposed sanctions on Alisher Usmanov. The country says it hasn't seized his boat.

The largest motor yacht in the world is the Dilbar, according to the German ship's maker.

It is 512 feet long and 15,700 tons. Forbes reported last week that the ship was unable to leave the dock because of itsfitting.

Germany has denied seizing Dilbar.

Forbes said that the German federal customs agency is responsible for enforcement and would have to issue an export waiver for the yacht to leave.

Multiple outlets reported that the crew on the Dilbar had been fired.
