The war between Russia and Ukraine has been going on for a while.

The energy minister of Ukraine said that the exhausted staff at the nuclear plant are being forced to record an address that will be used for propaganda.

Russian troops have been in control of the Zaporizhzhia plant since they seized it on Friday, after an attack that set a building on fire and raised fears of a nuclear disaster. No radiation was released.

About 500 Russian soldiers and 50 pieces of heavy equipment are inside the station, according to Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko. The Ukrainian staff are physically and emotionally exhausted.

Russia says it is conducting targeted attacks in the war. Russian efforts to show it is not endangering Ukrainian civilians is what Halushchenko refers to in his reference to propaganda.
