MacRumors has confirmed that the third-generation iPhone SE has 4GB of RAM, compared to 3GB in the previous model. This information is from strings within the Xcode 13.3 Release Candidate that Apple released on Tuesday.
The amount of RAM in several generations of iPhones and iPads has been revealed by the same type of Xcode strings. The strings show that the sixth-generation iPad mini has an increased amount of RAM.
Photo and video editing apps can keep more layers in memory if they have access to more RAM. More apps and pages can remain active in the background with additional RAM.
Pre-order of the new iPhone SE will begin at 5 a.m. The United States, Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Japan, the United Kingdom, and more are all on the same day. Delivery to customers and in-store availability will begin on March 18.
