I cut it into cubes and cook it. I can usually get two to three serving out of each package. I like to blend Trader Joe's berry medley into a smoothie. I can get a bag of fruit for less than $5. They taste just as good as fresh fruit, for a fraction of the price, when blended into a smoothie. I like to blend half a cup of it with a banana, some greens, almond milk, and a bit of honey as a midmorning snack. The end result is always thick and creamy since the berries are already cold. The package contains 16 ounces. Trader Joe's sells several packs of frozen fruit, so you can find a blend that works for you. The pizza dough deserves an award. All this pizza dough needs is a little bit of rolling to make a meal that tastes like it was made from scratch. It is so good. You can cover the dough with whatever you want, then bake it in the oven for 15 minutes. It tastes like the kind of pizza you would order at a quality restaurant, with a garlicky, herbaceous flavor and an airy texture that is absolutely divine.
