According to court documents filed Tuesday, Andrew and Giuffre have settled the case.

Each side will pay their own costs and fees according to the filing.

British media reported that the settlement was between $12 million and 15 million.

It's called Tangent.

Giuffre is unlikely to return to public life. The queen stripped Andrew of his military titles and patronages in January after he stepped back from his role as a senior member of the royal family.

There is a key background.

Giuffre sued Andrew in civil court last summer, saying he raped her on three occasions before she turned 18. He had maintained his innocence. Last year, Maxwell was convicted of sex trafficking girls as young as 14 for Epstein, who committed suicide in 2019.
