The boy was arrested at the high school after being accused of attacking a teacher.

According to court documents, a teacher told police that a student came up from behind and put his belt around her neck while she was teaching.

There was an assault on a teacher on March 2. The teacher and student were separated by police when they arrived.

The teacher said that the student put a belt around her neck and pulled. Moss said that the teacher grabbed the belt from her throat.

The student apologized to the teacher and told police he was being dumb.

The teacher was not hurt. The student was taken to Remann Hall and later released to his parents.

The teen was charged with assault.

The school district did not give any further comment.
