A source out of Asia claims that the lower-end iPhone 14 models will have the same display thickness as the 13 series models.
The 6.1-inch and 6.7-inch iPhone 14 and 14 Max are expected to have a notch this year. According to a post from the account "yeux1122" on the Korean website Naver, these models will share the same size as last year's iPhone 13, a claim that runs counter to recent chatter on social media.
The Apple Watch Series 7, the iPad mini 6, and the 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro are some of the recent products that Apple has worked to reduce the size of the display. That has led to speculation that the next iteration of the phone could be next.
The screen-to-body ratio of the iPhone 12 models was slightly larger than the iPhone 11 due to the fact that Apple trimmed the Super Retina XDR displays in all of the models. The iPhone 13 was the same size as the iPhone 12.
If the rumor is correct, Apple will keep the same size of the screen on the lower-end models, but will replace the notch on the Pro and Pro Max models with a pill-shaped cutout and hole punch for the Face ID sensors.

The same source of last-minute rumors about the iPad Air 5 and iPhone SE could also be the source of rumors about a Mac Studio machine and separate display, all of which we could see later today at Apple. The time is in the Pacific.
