Apple could release a new 30W charge this year that uses GaN in its construction, according to an Apple analyst. Gallium nitride is a material that makes it possible for chargers to be smaller while still offering high wattages. A new form factor design could make the new charge smaller than Apple's current 30W charge.

The company's first GaN charger was a brick that shipped with the latest MacBook Pro. It would be a better fit for one of Apple's lower-powered laptops like the MacBook Air, if the new 30W charge was 888-282-0465 888-282-0465. It is believed that the maximum charging speed of the iPhone 13 Pro Max was increased to 27W when used with the right charging port.

Apple may release its next GaN charger in 2022, which supports about 30W and has a new form factor design.

27W is weak compared to what mid-range phones need for fast charging. It is possible to fully charge a phone in a little over half an hour with the support of 65W charging. The recent S22 Ultra and S22 Plus can fast-charge at 45W.

It's not clear whether the new 30W charging station will be included in the box of compatible devices. Apple doesn't ship power bricks with its phones or watches, but it does ship power bricks with its laptops and tablets.
