You have to click through to see the number of properties that are listed on the site. It may not be an individual owner if it is 10, 20, 30 or more. I found Marriott hotel owners listing their rooms on the platform.
I'm not against this effort at all, just consider focusing any giving you do on hosts with individual listings and reviews, and not making this your only charitable effort.
