The commander of one of the international fighting units in Ukraine wants the world to give him more guns.
The founder and leader of the Georgian Legion of the Ukrainian army, Mamuka Mamulashvili, told Insider that the United States should remember the words of Franklin D. Roosevelt.

The legion was founded by Mamulashvili and a group of other Georgians to fight the Russian-backed forces in the Donbas region. The contract was made with the Ukrainian government to join the army. Since it welcomes conscripts from other countries, it has become the de-facto international legion of the Ukrainian military.
