I think the best values are with Alaska Mileage Plan and American AAdvantage. You can earn Loyalty Points with AAdvantage, but mileage plan miles are the most valuable.
The reality is that we don't often see bonuses for Apple purchases, and this is just as good as it gets. You can stack this with shopping portal spending bonuses currently being offered.
