In the latest example of companies making the same decision, PayPal shut down its services in Russia. The move was in response to the war between Russia and Ukraine.
Mykhailo Fedorov, the minister of digital transformation in Ukraine, posted a letter from PayPal on Saturday.
For a period of time, the company will support withdrawals in Russia and ensure that account balances are dispersed in line with applicable laws and regulations, according to a spokesman.

Tech giants like Microsoft and Apple have been cut off from Russia in response to the war. Cogent Communications, the country's second-largest internet provider, shut down in Russia this weekend.
Russia is becoming increasingly isolated from the rest of the world due to massive companies abandoning the country and sanctions from the international community.
PayPal is a major financial service, and it is not the only one to ditch Russia. Charles Delingpole, CEO of ComplyAdvantage, said in an interview with CNBC that it is now impossible to send money to anyone in Russia.
It is not known when these companies will return to Russia.
