Skyy Clark, a top 25 senior, has decommitted from Kentucky and reopened his recruitment.
Clark signed with John Calipari's program last fall after picking the Cats back in October 2020.
Clark said that he has had a lot of time to think since his injury. Coach Cal is not only an amazing coach, but also an amazing person and has been supportive of me throughout our conversations.
Clark was a five-star prospect when he was in high school, and he committed to Kentucky over North Carolina, UCLA and Memphis. He missed the July evaluation period after partially tore his knee.
Clark is a guard at Montverde Academy.
The starting point guard for Kentucky is junior Sahvir Wheeler, who is averaging over 10 points and 6.9 assists. The five-star point guard signed with Kentucky in the fall. Shaedon Sharpe, who is redshirting this season but is considered one of the elite NBA draft prospects in the country, could be a wild card in their backcourt.
