A former nurse at Sullivan Correctional Facility is accused of giving drugs to an inmates and having sex with him. The 51-year-old Miller was arrested by state police on Thursday and accused of distributing buprenorphine and naloxone to an inmates at the men's maximum-security prison in Fallsburg. According to the Food and Drug Administration, those drugs are contained in a prescription medicine. The former funeral home owner was sentenced for thefts.
