According to a recent study by Wordfinderx, a reference website for word games like Wordle and Scrabble, searches for the answer to Wordle's daily puzzle have nearly tripled since The New.

The daily Wordle solutions reached a 100 out of 100.

The daily Wordle solution never topped 60 on the scale before The New York Times, and only reached a 1 on the same scale.

More and more people are turning to the internet for help with their daily Wordle puzzle, as a result of the search trends found on the internet.

It could be that there are more people playing the game and that's why players are looking up the Wordle solution online.

CNBC Make It was told by psychologists that the game offers a bite-sized amount of fun and that it pulls in players by giving them something to look forward to every day.

According to the Wordfinderx study, there are certain Wordle solutions that have perplexed players more than others.

New Hampshire was found to have more Wordle cheaters than any other state. WordTips found that New Hampshire was the 8th most efficient city in the US for Wordle players.

Rhode Island and Vermont were tied for second place, with players there searching the most on days when Wordle solutions were available.
