The CEO of Starlink warned people to use caution as the system is the only non-Russian communications system still working in some parts of Ukraine.
Minutes before announcing that it wouldn't block Russia's news outlets, Musk said in another message that "SpaceX reprioritized to cyber defense and overcoming signal jamming."

Musk said on February 27 that he had activated his Starlink internet service in Ukraine after Mykhailo Fedorov, vice prime minister and the minister of digital transformation, pleaded with him to provide more Starlink stations as the Russian invasion was disrupting the country's internet services.
In case regular broadband services were cut during the Russian invasion, a Starlink customer in Ukranian said he had prepared his satellite internet dish for emergency use.
Starlink Premium, a faster version of the satellite internet service, was launched in February. The version was designed for better performance in extreme weather.
