Demenkov can be seen ducking as debris falls around him, and he runs to a basement to take cover.

The predominantly Russian-speaking city of Kharkiv has been the target of heavy shelling and missile attacks.
Sky News reported that Constitution Square, one of the city's central squares, as well as a regional police department and a university, have been struck.
