EA is halting sales of its games in Russia and Belarus

In response to the invasion of Ukraine, the publisher is suspending sales of its games and content in Russia and Belarus. On Wednesday, the company said that it was removing Russian teams from its games, but Friday's actions go a step further.

We have stopped selling our games and content in Russia and Belarus because of the conflict. We are working with our platform partners to remove our titles from their stores and stop the sale of new in-game content in the region.

The company is actively evaluating other areas of its games and operations, and will give you updates on any additional actions taken.

CD Projekt Red is cutting off sales in Russia. This week, Mykhailo Fedorov, the vice prime minister of Ukraine, called on gaming companies to take action.
