Not one for missing opportunities, Kylie Jenner has just registered a trademark for "Rise and Shine," a phrase she sang to her child Stormi in a YouTube video tour of her office. The phrase has since been immortalized by countless memes online, with the hashtag #RiseandShine reaching one billion views on TikTok, and other celebrities such as Ariana Grande and Miley Cyrus both singing covers of the tune.

The trademark itself appears to be registered in anticipation of a new fashion line, as it covers "belts, pants, coats, dresses, footwear, gloves, headbands, headwear, jackets, loungewear, scarves, sleepwear, socks, swimwear, and undergarments," as well as cosmetics. The application came just shortly after Jenner announced that she would be selling merchandise with her now viral catch phrase incorporated into their designs.

It's also not the first trademark application made by the entrepreneur this week. Earlier on Monday, Jenner registered a trademark for a new cosmetics line named after her and Travis Scott's daughter, Stormi.

For more entertainment news, Cardi B has just joined the cast for Fast & Furious 9.
