Stanford Women's Soccer Star Katie Meyer Dead At 22

The school announced Tuesday that a Cardinal goalkeeper and a team captain has died.

She was young. There was no cause of death.

Meyer was one of the best players on the team and helped the team win the NCAA women's soccer championship.

She made two huge saves in the title game against North Carolina. Her celebration went crazy.

Meyer was going to be a redshirt senior on the team.
