Kim Kardashian Wins Divorce Bid From Kanye, She's a Single Woman Again

The judge has granted Kim's request to end her marriage to West, making her quest to become a single woman a reality. Kim will be known as KimKardashian, since the West is gone.

Kim was on a video call, but he wasn't there. If either of them dies, the right to get reimbursement of money that was supposed to be divided up will be preserved.

The judge rejected two other conditions, one of which was that Kim would not transfer any assets she had in trust, and the other was that she would waive themarital privilege if she remarries. The judge said no.

According to a source close to him, he wanted the divorce to be granted. He is now a single person as well.

Chris Melcher was dropped by his 4th divorce attorney, because of little communication between them. It has been over a year since Kim filed for divorce. Melcher was told that one day he wanted the divorce and the next he wanted to fight for the marriage.

Kim asked the judge to restore her single status since December, when she stated that she wanted to be divorced.

The couple's prenup should be presumed invalid and even called into question, because he claimed he hadn't been hacked, because he continued to resist.

Kim and her team felt like this was a stalling tactic, as they were trying to win her back, even if it meant attacking her and Pete Davidson.
