Pelosi suggests Americans don't understand Biden's accomplishments, gets roasted

Nancy Pelosi was blasted on Tuesday for suggesting that President Biden is underwater in polling because Americans don't know what he has accomplished.

The San Francisco Democrat told MSNBC that the State of the Union address was going to be very important, when asked about pessimism about the economy that has shown up in multiple polls in recent months.

50% of people feel like they have less money in their pocket than a year ago. Only 14 percent of people say they have more cash. Whites, rural voters, independents, and suburban women are some of the people who feel they have been hit the hardest.

Many people say higher prices for groceries, gas, and utilities are a financial hardship for their family. A majority of people call increasing housing costs a hardship.

They blame Biden. More than twice as many think the administration's actions on inflation are hurting rather than helping, and nearly two-thirds think Biden is at least partially responsible for rising gas prices.
