Ja Morant scored a career-high 52 points against the San Antonio Spurs. He shot 22 of 30 from the field in the win over the Spurs.

The first 50-point game in franchise history was by Morant. He set a single-game record on Saturday with 46 points against the Bulls.
The team is third in the Western Conference at 43-20. Morant is averaging 28.6 points per game, which is seventh in the league, in addition to 5.9 rebound, 6.6 assists, and 1.2 steals per game. He was a starter in the NBA All-Star Game.
