The final proposal was delivered before 4 pm. The union wants to increase the pre-arbitration bonus pool by $5 million each year, while the union wants to increase the pool by $85 million. The league's last offer was the same as the previous one, which started at $220 million and was flat for three years before going up to $224 million in Year 4 and $230 million in Year 5. The union wants to start with $238 million and end with $263 million.
Minimum salaries were increased from $675,000 to $700,000 by the league. There is an increase to 12 teams and five lottery slots in the draft.
