The Killers are pulling out of a performance in Moscow because of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. A rep for the group tells the website. The Killers will not be playing in the Russian capital in July. The international music festival is held in Moscow every summer, and it usually draws huge crowds and big-name bands from across the globe. It will be interesting to see if other acts follow the lead of The Killers. As you know... Russia is being hit with financial sanctions due to the conflict in Ukraine, athletes and sports teams are refusing to play in or against Russia, and the national team was banned from competing in this year's World Cup. The Killers are joining the movement.
