At least 11 people were killed in Russian strikes on the city of Kharkiv on Monday, after the civilian death toll in Ukraine had been reported at 352.

The Ukrainian defense minister claimed on Tuesday that more than 5,700 Russian soldiers have been killed by the Ukrainians since the beginning of the invasion.
