The Xbox Series X is available at Walmart right now (update: sold out)

Walmart has sold out of the Xbox Series X for now, however, the Series S is available at a lower price. The disc-less console is not as powerful as the Series X, but it can handle the same games.

Walmart is selling Microsoft's next-gen console for its usual price, which is good news for those who have yet to purchase it. This one is open to all and not just those who subscribe to the retailer's premium subscription service, Walmart Plus. If you receive an error message, be sure to keep trying to add the console to your cart, even if you don't get the console in your cart.

Microsoft's flagship console is the Xbox Series X. The Series S is aimed at smooth 1440p performance and takes a disc-less approach, while the Series X is focused on fast, 4K.

There are a few ways to increase your chances of getting an Xbox Series X today. Make sure to log into your Walmart account and set your shipping and billing details. Walmart often releases stock in 10-minute intervals, but this one is definitely playing to the tune of its own song, so we don't know how long it will last. Continue the checkout process until you can add the console to your cart. Adding the console to your cart using the mobile app on your phone or the official Walmart app will increase your odds of securing a console.
