After weeks of drama, Kyler Murray is making two things clear: He is committed to remaining with the Arizona Cardinals long-term, and he wants to win the Super Bowl.
The star quarterback has sent a detailed contract proposal to the Cards, according to a statement released by his agent.
Murray is offering long-term stability in order for the franchise to compete for titles.

Murray, who recently scrubbed any reference to the Cards from his account, thinks he has been made a scapegoat for the team's 34-11 playoff loss to the Los Angeles Rams.
Murray will make about $5.4 million in 2022, with a base salary of $965,000 and a $4.5 million roster bonus that is fully guaranteed on the fifth day of the league year.
The proposal by Murray is in line with the current quarterback market, but lowers his salary cap number to allow the Cards to re-sign deserving teammates and add additional free agents.
Murray has proposed a long-term extension after his third season in the league. After their third seasons in the league, fellow quarterbacks Patrick Mahomes, Josh Allen, Deshaun Watson,Jared Goff, and Ryan Tannehill all signed lucrative deals.
Kyler remains hopeful that the organization chooses to commit so that he can continue leading the Cards to further success and value for many years to come.
This season was the first time that Murray led the Cards to the playoffs, but he has been named a two-time Pro Bowler.
